ARP ( Address Resolution Protocol ) is a network protocol, which determines the physical MAC-address for an IP-address an maintains it
in ARP-tables.
ARP followed by a PING can be used, to assign an IP-address to a COM-Server, which not yet has one and whose MAC-address is known.

Example:
ARP -S 192.168.0.10 00-80-A3-XX-XX-XX
